Dear Mrs Christine Middleton,

The following is a note describing my experience of hiring your firm in sorting my very complicated costing case, It is my way of showing thankfulness and gratitude.

I won a court order in a case of trespassing and damages back in September 2020, The Nottingham court awarded me the damages part and the costs as well, where the costs were to be assessed there off.

I spoke with many cost assessors be it solicitors , and solicitor firms that have multiple assessors working for them, After calling no less than 10 firms and solicitors I fell lucky in calling CM costing in Nottingham, and speaking with the owner Mrs Christine Middleton.

Through my long telephone meeting I deduced that Mrs Middleton, had the total requirement to fulfil the job I needed.

I elaborate. She was approachable, always had the time to listen to my concerns and she was an experienced cost solicitor on top of her professional law updates.

Mrs Middleton knew more about the costing law than any other firm that I spoke with. She took the time to explain the law to me. Other costs solicitor that I spoke with before did not elaborate on the work to be done nor on their costs in detail. In other words she dotted the i’s and crossed the T’s before she started the work.

Also, pleasantly surprized, I found out that she is under priced to any other cost law firm that I spoke with before.

We agreed to start the work and Mrs Middleton over achieved my expectations as a final outcome . Through her expertise,  knowledge and the long experience in her work, also her exemplary negotiating skills, she got me the certified final certified costs ruling without attending court thus saving me a sizable amount of money ( estimated at £ 5000.00 ) and about 6 months of waiting for courts.

Would I recommend CM costing service or use them again ?

I say yes and without a doubt.

Why?

At CM costing the owner, Mrs Middleton does all the work her self, other than the printing and secretarial work, which is done by here capable and approachable secretary Linda.

No place for miscommunication through delegating the work to a junior in the office.

More over Mrs Middleton has built a reputation in the costing community of being fair, cost effective ,knowledgeable and very experienced.

This is how she dealt and over achieved in getting me a very quick and impressive results, dealing with the defendants solicitor, cost assessor, my insurance company and two other law firms.

When she faced them with legal facts they had no room to oppose.

I realised that as we say she has forgotten more than what other cost solicitors knew.
